 ;</p>\n<p><strong>Nic Bellegarde&nbsp\;</strong>teaches and facilitates mi
 ndfulness meditation classes and groups. He is originally from the Dallas 
 Meditation Center\, which practices mindfulness in the order of Thich Nhat
  Hanh\, a world-renowned Vietnamese teacher. Nic is a member of the Order 
 of Interbeing\, a community of monks and laypersons who practice sitting a
 nd walking meditation\, cultivating a community of harmony and present-mom
 ent awareness\, and practice deep listening and loving speech.&nbsp\;</p>\
