 local haircare retailer. Alternatively\, starter kits can be purchased the
  day of the event. Please indicate on your registration if you would like 
 to purchase a starter kit on the day of the event.&nbsp\;Eligible attendee
 s will be entering 2nd&nbsp\;- 6th&nbsp\;grade and are expected to attend 
 with an adult.&nbsp\;Registration is required and opens&nbsp\;on July 23rd
