From the lemonade\, to the burgers\, to the bevy of fried foods\, th ere are so many culinary touchstones that you&rsquo\;ll only find at a sta te or county fair. The secret\, however\, is that you can enjoy those trea ts from the comfort of your own home! No need to fight the crowds\; with a bit of prep and a few household ingredients you can enjoy fried foods fou nd at the fair all year round.
\nWe&rsquo\;ll offer tips on safe dee p-frying and then walk through three of my personal fair favorites: corn d ogs\, funnel cakes and deep-fried oreos! It&rsquo\;ll be a smorgasbord of state fair snacks\, so be sure to tune in and celebrate the last days of s ummer right. See you there!
