  with Elizabeth Gilbert</p>\n<p><strong>Please note: For this workshop Ms.
  Gilbert requests that all electronics be left behind. Bring a notebook an
 d writing utensil.</strong></p>\n<p>No recording will be made of this work
 shop.</p>\n<p>From Gilbert: "I will be teaching what I consider to be 4 of
  the necessary emotional components of a creative life: Enchantment\, Perm
 ission\, Courage\, and Wisdom. The workshop will be divided into those 4 c
 hapters\, and I will lead people into writing exercises where &mdash\; in 
 simple letter form (letters to and from parts of themselves) &mdash\; the 
 participants will be invited to explore their creative dreams and emotiona
 l obstacles\, and to learn how to navigate different voices within their o
 wn minds.&nbsp\; It&rsquo\;s important to stress that this workshop is for
  ALL people &mdash\; even those who might say or themselves: &ldquo\;I don
 &rsquo\;t have a creative bone in my body.&rdquo\;&nbsp\; No particular wr
 iting skills are needed\, nor any grand artistic imagination. Creative liv
 ing is not necessarily about producing great works of art\; it&rsquo\;s ab
 out living as though your life itself is the work of art. I look forward t
 o meeting everybody and going on this journey of exploration together!"</p

 free on Saturday.</li>\n<li>Please\, enter the building through the Laura 
 Street entrance\, across the street from James Weldon Johnson Park. The Ma
 in Street entrance will be locked.</li>\n<li>Registration is required for 
 this event\, and must be completed two hours prior to the start time.</li>
 \n<li>A library card and PIN are required for registration. If you do not
