  will be presented on Zoom.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>In this ongoing series\, local 
 chefs will prepare a budget-friendly\, seasonal dish with fresh produce av
 ailable at the&nbsp\;Summit Lake Neighborhood Farmer's Market&nbsp\;and/or
 &nbsp\;Let's Grow Akron Community Farm Market. Details about these markets
  will be shared at each session and found on Let's Grow Akron's website:&n
 bsp\;<a href="http://www.letsgrowakron.org">www.letsgrowakron.org</a>.</p>
 \n<p>FREE Food kits\, including the ingredients needed to prepare the seas
 onal dish\, will be available for pick up at Maple Valley Branch for the f
 irst ten who register.</p>\n<p>The&nbsp\;theme for this series of classes 
 is local\, seasonal eating. The benefits of cooking and eating produce gro
 wn locally and harvested in season will be emphasized. Seasonal produce is
  more readily available and\, therefore\, more affordable at the grocery s
 tore or farmer's market. Local produce is harvested closer to ripeness and
  travels a shorter distance from the farm to the grocery store\, therefore
 \, retaining more nutrients and reducing impact on the environment. Purcha
 sing from local growers and producers stimulates and strengthens the local
  economy. Seasonal produce grown and harvested locally has the best flavor
 !</p>\n<p>Each class will include a 30-minute cooking demonstration plus 1
 5 minutes for Q&amp\;A and 15 minutes to share information about Let's Gro
 w Akron Community Farm Market\, Summit Lake Neighborhood&nbsp\;Farmer's&nb
 sp\;Market\, and local farmer's market nutrition incentive programs.</p>\n
 <p>A log-in will be sent three days prior to the event. Please do not shar
 e the web link for this program. If someone else is interested in attendin
 g\, please have them contact the library to register.</p>\n<p>A webcam and
  microphone may be necessary for participation in this interactive event.&
