Teen Tuesdays are designed to provide a de dicated hour of time just for teens! Participate in weekly crafts\, work o n homework while you chat with friends\, connect with the Teen Specialist to help find more ways the library can be a fun and easy place to hang out \, connect with other teens\, and access helpful resources for learning ne w skills or preparing for life after high school. Whatever you choose to d o during this time is up to you!
\nThese programs will be held outside near the entrance of the Gig Harbor Library so plan accordingly! \;
\nThe event will be outdoors and might be in the sun or if it is raining ma y either be canceled or held under the library awning. Participants should prepare for being in the sun/the current weather or prepare to dress warm er for colder weather. In the event of inclement weather (excessive heat\, smoke\, rain\, etc. the event will be canceled)
\nFollowing Sept. 13th Teen Tuesdays will take a sh ort break for the rest of Sept. and part of Oct. during this break we will be planning some new and exciting opportunities for teens at the library\ , including plenty of crafts\, games\, and chances to hang out so stay tun ed!
\nRegis tration is not required but is encouraged so you may receive updates regar ding possible cancelations due to weather or other happenings. \;
