 rong>Issue 2: Banned Books</strong></em></p>\n<p>The theme for this issue 
 is censorship and book bans. Teens can submit art\, writing\, photography\
 , collages\, comic strips\, etc. to be included in the zine. All participa
 nts will receive their own copy of the zine to keep and another copy will 
 be available to view in the Decatur Library. Click <a href="https://forms.
