 ough the process of making a small beaded medicine bag with either a turtl
 e design or tiny flowers. Learn about Jessie's beading practice and how it
  connects to her culture and artistic work.</p>\n<p><strong>Recommended Ma
 terials:</strong> seed beads (varieties of greens\, red\, and yellow)\, be
 ading thread\, beading needle and leather needle\, 2 pieces of leather 3"x
 2" (see image below for shaping) with 6 holes along the top\, 2 pieces thi
 n ribbon/cord\, 2 pony/plastic beads.<br />If you already have the recomme

  Graphic Design at Red River College Polytechnic. She has exhibited in ove
 r thirty group shows\, and eight solo shows\, in addition to four murals a
 nd two billboards. She primarily works in acrylic\, watercolour\, pencil\,
  pencil crayon\, beadwork\, mixed media\, murals and performance art.</jes
