 ian of Woodley Park. In 2005\, she led the Woodley Park team to&nbsp\;reha
 bilitate the eight call boxes in the community. In 2015 she became an oral
  historian and has worked on projects including The DC Collaborative\, The
  Women&rsquo\;s March\, the National Family Planning and Reproductive Heal
 th Association&rsquo\;s 50th Anniversary\, the Veteran Feminists of Americ
 a\, and the&nbsp\;Pioneer Histories Project.</p>\n<p>Judy is also one of t
 he nation&rsquo\;s leading healthcare law and policy analysts. She has&nbs
 p\;consulted with hundreds of state and national organizations to improve 
 the health of women and other vulnerable groups. She worked as a senior st
 aff leader in health and reproductive rights policy at the National Women&
 rsquo\;s Law Center\, Families USA\, the National Health Law Program\, and
  the&nbsp\;Department of Health and Human Services.&nbsp\;From 1989-1991\,
  she was a senior policy analyst at the U.S. Bipartisan Commission on&nbsp
 \;Comprehensive Health Care that created a universal health care plan that
  evolved into the Affordable&nbsp\;Care Act. Starting in 2015\, she taught
  Reproductive Health Policy and Law and a survey course on&nbsp\;women&rsq
 uo\;s health at George Washington University&rsquo\;s Milken Institute Sch
