Dr. Patrice McClellan is the Presi dent and Lead Strategist\, affectionately known as Dr. P. She is a nationa lly recognized leadership expert and often referred to as THE LEADERSHIP C OACH. With over 20 years of experience grooming leaders and helping organi zations thrive\, Dr. P has been preparing leaders in various sectors of hi gher education\, banking\, and non-profit organizations. In addition\, Dr. P is a \;published author on leadership activism \;and a communit y advocate. She is most proud of her role with the \;United Way of Gre ater Toledo&rsquo\;s African American Leadership Council \;and her fun draising activity for the \;Children Defense Fund&rsquo\;s Freedom Sch ool housed at the Monroe Street Neighborhood Center.
