 >\n<p>John Francis Egan passed away on Thursday\, July 21\, 2022 in Housto
 n\, Texas at the age of 83.&nbsp\; He was captain of the 1957 Weaver High 
 basketball team that won consecutive state titles as well as the city of H
 artford&rsquo\;s first New England Interscholastic Basketball Championship
 .&nbsp\; Please join master of ceremonies Bob Countryman\, a distinguished
  member of the 1957 Weaver team\, and a select group of guest speakers as 
 the Hartford basketball community honors the great Johnny Egan and his est
