  4 p.m. Geared for ages 6-8\, we'll be reading <em>The Greatest Gift (Hear
 twood Hotel #2)</em> by Kallie George\, illustrated by Stephanie Graegin.<
 /p>\n<p>Reading Bugs is a 4-week book club that fosters the love of books 
 and reading and provides an engaging environment for 6-8 year olds to comm
 unicate\, learn\, make and play. <em><strong>Registration is required. Ple
 ase note that you only need to register ONCE for the entire series.</stron
 g></em></p>\n<p>Mona the mouse has finally found a place to call home\, th
 e cozy Heartwood Hotel\, where she works as a maid and sleeps snuggled up 
 in a room with her best friend. Following the festive St. Slumber celebrat
 ion\, most of the guests have settled in to hibernate\, and the staff is l
 ooking forward to a relaxing winter. But disruptions abound\, from a diffi
 cult duchess to a mysterious midnight snacker. As the snow stacks higher\,
  Mona will have to gather friends both old and new to keep the peace\, fin
 ding help in some of the most unexpected places.</p>\n<p>Kits for this onl
 ine program will be available for pickup beginning Friday\, November 4\, a
 nd will include a free copy of the book\, as well as supplies for activiti
 es and crafts that will take place during the program. You may pick up you
 r kit at the library\, or call ahead to arrange Library Takeout.</p>\n<p><
 em><strong> Please note that this program is registration-based only and e
 ach child needs to be registered separately.</strong></em> Once you have r
 egistered for the program\, we will send you a link to join the book club 
 via Zoom every Friday at 4 p.m. November 11 through December 9\, 2022 <em>
 (with the exception of November 25)</em>.</p>\n<p>Parents will be contacte
 d by email to provide permission for their child to participate via Zoom.<
