The former Club Españ\;ol returns in person on Thursday\, May 19\, 2 022\, from 5:30pm &ndash\; 6:30\, in Room 1\, at the Brigadier General Cha rles E. Mcgee Library\, 900 Wayne Avenue in downtown Silver Spring with a new name and purpose. The new English/Spanish Language Exchange will welco me English and native Spanish speakers. The weekly sessions will run like spontaneous meet ups\, where participants learn from one another. Those ga thered will divide into mixed pairs or trios\, with at least native Englis h and Spanish speakers in each conversation group. \; The native speak ers will help the second language learner with grammar and vocabulary in d iscussion of the day&rsquo\;s topic.  \;&ldquo\;Conversation with our neighbors creates a stronger and healthier community\,&rdquo\; says Rosann e Skirble\, who has led El Club Españ\;ol for several years and teac hes Españ\;ol en Nuestra Comunidad at Montgomery College. &ldquo\;Th is gets everyone talking in both languages\,&rdquo\; she adds.  \;For more information contact \;Abdulai Koroma at the Brigadier General Cha rles E. El Club Españ\;ol regresa en persona el jueves 19 de mayo de 2022 de 5:30pm a 6:30 en la Biblioteca Brigadier Gene ral Charles E. Mcgee\, 900 Wayne Avenue en el centro de Silver Spring con un nuevo nombre y propó\;sito. El nuevo formato será\; un inte rcambio de inglé\;s y españ\;ol y dará\; la bienvenida a tanto a \;hablantes natives de inglé\;s y españ\;ol. Las sesiones semanales se desarrollará\;n como encuentros \;espont&a acute\;neos\, done los participantes aprenden uno del otro. Los participan tes se dividirá\;n en parejas mixtas o trí\;os con al menos de un hablante native de inglé\;s y españ\;ol en cada grupo de c onversacion. Los hablantes nativos ayudará\;n al estudiante de un se gundo idioma con la \;gramá\;tica \;y el vocabulario en la&n bsp\;discusió\;n del tema del dí\;a. \;
