 uo\;s first cookbook focused on barbecue and live-fire grilling.</p>\n<p>S
 ymon is the chef and co-owner of the acclaimed Cleveland restaurants Lola\
 , Mabel's BBQ\, and B Spot Burgers. He is also co-host of ABC's <em>The Ch
 ew</em> and Food Network's <em>Iron Chef America</em> and <em>Burgers\, Br
 ew &amp\; 'Que</em>.</p>\n<p>His best-selling cookbooks include<a href="ht

 ain event\, simulcast room attendees will be moved into the main auditoriu
 m based on the order of their registration.</p>\n<p><strong>Each ticket in
 cludes a seat at the author&rsquo\;s talk\, a copy of <em>Michael Symon&rs
 quo\;s Playing with Fire</em>\, and a donation to the Cuyahoga County Publ
 ic Library Foundation.</strong> All tickets will be held at the door\; no
