When \;did you realize COVID-19 would change the world as we knew it? How has \;COVID-19 changed you\, or yo ur life? The pandemic isn&rsquo\;t 100% \;over\, but it has changed so \;many of us\, and our society\, in deep and profound \;ways. How will we remember these COVID times? \;Whose pandemic stories are alre ady \;recorded\, and whose still need to be told? \;Join \;us to explore \;how preserving \;our stories\, and the stories of our families\, neighborhoods\, and \;communities\, \;might \;help us see differently\, remember\, and begin to heal. \;Through \;sm all-group discussion\, creative \;exercises with pictures and words\, and \;engagement with cultural specialists\, we will explore \;how \;journaling can help expand our capacity for \;self-care\, histo ry-writing\, and change-making in our tough and troubled world.
