 lasses are designed to help participants:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Improve and/or ma
 intain mobility and independence\;</li>\n<li>Learn and use health informat
 ion focused on falls reduction and other health-related behaviors\;</li>\n
 <li>Learn how to incorporate better nutrition into your day\;</li>\n<li>En
 gage with other older adults in social settings.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>*This
  is not a drop-in event. A minimum of eight participants are needed on eac
