  with all the elements of a cartoon: figure and background drawing\, persp
 ective\, lighting\, lettering\, composition\, and dialogue. This virtual w
 orkshop is designed for residents 50+.</span></span></p>\n<p><span style="
 color: #ff0000\;"><span style="color: #000000\;">Registration and attendan
 ce to all 5 sessions are required (October 12\, October 19\, October 26\, 
 November 2 and November 9\, 2022). Space is limited to 20 participants age
  50+.</span></span></p>\n<p><span style="color: #ff0000\;"><span style="co
 lor: #000000\;">Art supply kits to be used during the classes will be prov
 ided to registered attendants. Kits need to be picked up from the Wheaton 
 Library before the first session and be returned to this library after the
  last session.</span></span></p>\n<p><span style="color: #ff0000\;"><span 
 style="color: #000000\;">Please register every member of your household th
 at needs a kit.</span></span></p>\n<p><span style="color: #ff0000\;"><span
  style="color: #000000\;">Only register if you are able to pick up a kit(s
 ). You must have a kit to participate.</span></span></p>\n<p><span style="
 color: #ff0000\;"><span style="color: #000000\;">Once you are registered\,
  please contact/visit the Wheaton Library (240-777-0678) to pick up your k
 it. Supplies are limited so we can only provide kits to registered attenda
 nts. If any participant is registered and cannot attend\, please contact t
 he Wheaton Library to cancel the registration so that individuals on the w
 aiting list can participate. Customers on the waiting list will be contact
 ed if space/supplies become available.</span></span></p>\n<p><span style="
