 es to develop early literacy and social skills while giving caregivers a s
 pace to commiserate and celebrate developmental milestones. The program wi
 ll start with a storytime geared for babies 12 months and younger followed
  by a time for caregivers to chat.</p>\n<p>The last Wednesday of the month
  will feature a guest presenter (as available) who will cover a topic rele
 vant to the wellness of babies and their caregivers.</p>\n<p>While childre
 n ages 0-5 are now eligible for vaccines\, the library is continuing to of
 fer outdoor programming and is slowly phasing in indoor programming for al
 l ages. Until it is determined to be safe for both staff and patrons\, we 
 will not offer maximum occupancy to indoor events. Indoor programming in m
 eeting rooms will be phased in starting with 30% of maximum room occupancy
  for programs for children. Please arrive early to indoor programs as spac
 e is limited. Masks may be required at some indoor programs for all partic
