 ke\, Ph.D.\, is Professor and Chair\, History and Political Science at Cab
 rini University. Prof. Hedtke earned a B.S. from Saint Joseph&rsquo\;s Uni
 versity\, a MA from Villanova University\, and a PH.D. from Temple Univers
 ity. He has taught history and political science at Cabrini University for
