 ;climate change and digital technology\, including launching a new initiat
 ive under&nbsp\;USAID's 2020-2024&nbsp\;<a href="https://www.usaid.gov/usa
 id-digital-strategy" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Digital Strategy</a>\,
  co-chairing the Hub-wide Climate Task Force\, and providing input on&nbsp
 \;USAID&rsquo\;s new 2022-2030&nbsp\;<a href="https://www.usaid.gov/climat
 e/strategy" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Climate Strategy</a>.&nbsp\;Lau
 ra holds a Master of Global Policy Studies and Master of Science in Energy
  and Earth Resources from the University of Texas at Austin\, where she sp
 ecialized in climate security. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbil
 t University. Laura lives in Washington\, DC and enjoys traveling\, photog
