  prepare a budget-friendly\, seasonal dish with fresh produce available at
  the&nbsp\;Summit Lake Neighborhood Farmer's Market&nbsp\;and/or&nbsp\;Let
 's Grow Akron Community Farm Market. Details about these markets will be s
 hared at each session and found on Let's Grow Akron's website:&nbsp\;<a hr
 ef="http://www.letsgrowakron.org">www.letsgrowakron.org</a>.</p>\n<p>FREE 
 Food kits\, including the ingredients needed to prepare the seasonal dish\
 , will be available for pick up at Maple Valley Branch for the first ten r
 egistered patrons.</p>\n<p>The&nbsp\;theme for this series of classes is l
 ocal\, seasonal eating. The benefits of cooking and eating produce grown l
 ocally and harvested in season will be emphasized. Seasonal produce is mor
 e readily available and\, therefore\, more affordable at the grocery store
  or farmer's market. Local produce is harvested closer to ripeness and tra
 vels a shorter distance from the farm to the grocery store\, retaining mor
 e nutrients and reducing its environmental impact. Purchasing from local g
 rowers and producers stimulates and strengthens the local economy. Seasona
 l produce grown and harvested locally has the best flavor!</p>\n<p>Each cl
 ass will include a 30-minute cooking demonstration plus 15 minutes for Q&a
 mp\;A and 15 minutes to share information about Let's Grow Akron Community
  Farm Market\, Summit Lake Neighborhood&nbsp\;Farmer's&nbsp\;Market\, and 
 local farmer's market nutrition incentive programs.</p>\n<p>A log-in will 
 be sent three days before the event. Please do not share the web link for 
 this program. If someone else is interested in attending\, please have the
 m contact the library to register.</p>\n<p>A webcam and microphone may be 
 necessary for participation in this interactive event.&nbsp\;If you have o
