 for home viewing. To ensure candidates can be heard by viewers\, community

 m the forums will be available online on the Chamber and FPL websites and 
 channels. Each forum will last an hour. Candidates will open with a 5-minu
 te opening statement and end with a 3-minute closing statement. Community 
 questions will be screened by impartial moderators and answered by each ca
