 \, local chefs will prepare a budget-friendly\, seasonal dish with fresh p
 roduce available at the Summit Lake Neighborhood Farmer's Market and/or Le
 t's Grow Akron Community Farm Market. Details about these markets will be 
 shared at each session and found on Let's Grow Akron's website: <a href="h

 kits\, including the ingredients needed to prepare the seasonal dish\, wil
 l be available for pick up at Odom Blvd. Branch Library for the first 10 p
 eople to register with a separate email address.</p>\n<p>The theme for thi
 s series of classes is local\, seasonal eating. The benefits of cooking an
 d eating produce grown locally and harvested in season will be emphasized.
  Seasonal produce is more readily available and\, therefore\, more afforda
 ble at the grocery store or farmer's market. Local produce is harvested cl
 oser to ripeness and travels a shorter distance from the farm to the groce
 ry store\, retaining more nutrients and reducing environmental impact. Pur
 chasing from local growers and producers stimulates and strengthens the lo
 cal economy. Seasonal produce grown and harvested locally has the best fla
 vor!</p>\n<p>Each class will include a 30-minute cooking demonstration plu
 s 15 minutes for Q&amp\;A and 15 minutes to share information about Let's 
 Grow Akron Community Farm Market\, Summit Lake Neighborhood Farmer's Marke
 t\, and local farmer's market nutrition incentive programs.</p>\n<p>A logi
 n will be sent several days before the event. Please do not share the web 
 link for this program. If someone else is interested in attending\, please
  have them contact the library to register.</p>\n<p>A webcam and microphon
 e may be necessary for participation in this interactive event. If you hav
