 LA County Department of Public Health recommends flu vaccinations for all 
 persons 6 months of age and over\, including healthy children and adults.<
 /p>\n<p>It is especially important to get a flu vaccine if you:</p>\n<ul>\
 n<li>Children 5 years and younger</li>\n<li>Are 65 years of age and older<
 /li>\n<li>Are pregnant or just had a baby</li>\n<li>Live in a nursing home
  or long-term care home</li>\n<li>Have a weakened immune system</li>\n<li>
 Have chronic medical condition (asthma\, heart disease and stroke\, diabet
 es\, HIV/AIDS\, cancer)</li>\n<li>Live with or care for someone who is mor
 e likely to have flu complications</li>\n<li>Are a healthcare provider</li

 ted at a site run by the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health:</
 p>\n<ul>\n<li>A consent form is required for all minors AGED 6 months thro
 ugh 17 in order to be vaccinated.</li>\n<li>Youth ages 16 and 17 years of 
 age should be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian if possible. I
 f this is not possible\, they must bring a consent form signed by their pa
 rent or legal guardian.</li>\n<li>Children ages 6 months through 15 years 
 must be accompanied by their parent\, legal guardian\, or a responsible ad
 ult. If the child is accompanied by a responsible adult\, the consent form
  must name the responsible person and be signed by the parent or legal gua
