 .</p>\n<p>This workshop begins with Laurie Minor sharing their experiences
  as a Water Walker and the importance of water. Following Laurie's talk\, 
 Katherine will discuss the themes and process of their Water As A Gift. Pa
 rticipants are then invited to explore the surrounding river landscape and
  document their personal perspectives through photo and video before retur
 ning to the gallery to play with materials and techniques used in the arti
 st's work to create a reflective hanging mobile of their own.</p>\n<p>Mate
 rials suggested: a device capable of taking digital photographs and video 
 (phone\, tablet\, or digital camera).</p>\n<p>Please dress appropriately f

 ion page</a>.</p>\n<p><strong>Katherine Rae Diemert</strong> is a visual a
 rtist based out of Hamilton\, Canada. She makes visual and interactive mix
 ed media work inspired by natural forms and artificial processes. Katherin
 e often begins with drawing or collage\, developing work through a process
  of translation and iteration between mediums. She layers software\, motio
 n\, assemblage\, and installation to transform images and materials. Kathe
 rine studied and now teaches Illustration at Sheridan College (BA\, Honour
 s\, 2015)\, attended The School for Poetic Computation (New York\, 2019)\,
