The art will be on display during the mont h of February at EVPL East with a special program on Friday\, February 17 from 5-6pm. \; During this program\, students will be able to present their art piece to the community. \; Guests can also enjoy music\, sna cks\, and beverages while viewing the art pieces. \; EVPL Manager\, Li nda Baker\, hopes to engage the young people from across the city and invo lve them in the celebration of Black History Month. \; &ldquo\;I know of no better way to celebrate Black History Month than engaging our youth and the community with art and music. \; There are so many young peopl e who come to EVPL East and other locations that are artistically talented \, and we want to give them the space to show off their talent. \; We wanted to go beyond a passive experience and truly involve our community in a true celebration of Black History.&rdquo\;

must drop-off their art with an official registration form attached at EV
