Joe Pompeo\, author of \;Blood and Ink: \;The Scandalous Jazz Age Double Murder That Hooked America on T rue Crime\, will share information from his book and about his proces s in writing it. His book centers on the Hall-Mills murders\, which occurr ed 100 years ago in Franklin Township.
