Its mission is to offer the best gluten- and nut-free baked goods in a friendly\, beauti ful\, and welcoming environment. All items are made with minimally process ed ingredients from as many local resources as possible. All products are made daily\, by hand in small batches\, and by following traditional bakin g methods and recipes.The name of the bakery came from Geri&rsquo\;s favor ite port-town\, Cherbourg\, France. Her grandfather helped to liberate Che rbourg in 1944\, and her grandmother came to the United States via the sam e town. Geri loves Cherbourg with its welcoming people and down-to-earth f eel. Cherbourg Bakery offers that same sense of welcome\, dependability\, and warmth.
