 ir work will involve increasing the cultural intelligence (CQ) among the g
 eneral employee population. As we kick off Black History Month\, this sess
 ion will introduce participants to the concept of CQ and how to use this a
 pproach to build personal and professional relationships in the workplace\
 , specifically with African-American employees.</p>\n<p>Join us following 
 Dr. Kristal Walker's talk for a reception in the Theater lobby. Refreshmen
 ts will be served.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Dr. Kristal Walker has worked in the lea
 rning\, leadership\, and organizational development space for over 15 year
 s helping clients engage people\, apply processes\, and implement technolo
 gy to improve human and organizational performance. She currently serves a
 s the vice president of employee well-being at Sweetwater Sound\, where sh
 e is responsible for crafting and leading wellness\, diversity and inclusi
 on (D&amp\;I)\, and training initiatives. She is also a Training Industry 
 Courses instructor\, where she teaches the CPTM designation\, as well as a
  few additional courses\, including new D&amp\;I Inclusion workshop for wh
 ich she authored. When it's all said and done\, she takes great pleasure i
 n being the wife to her loving and supportive husband\, and the mother to
