\nZumba incorporates easy-to-follow Zumba chor eography that focuses on range of motion and coordination. This class acco mmodates participants of all levels--those who want to stand AND who want to use a chair. Zumba Gold Chair is perfect for active older adults who ar e looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves at a lower intensity. If you want more of a challenge\, you're welcome to sta nd\, or do a mix of both! Laurie will demonstrate motions both ways.
\nChair Pilates is a mind-body class based on Pilates principles\, using
the chair for support and balance as well as various fun props\, and incor
porating breathing\, stretching and strengthening for the whole body!
