 entral Library for Tummy Time!</p>\n<p>Tummy Time is an opportunity for li
 ttle ones to develop early literacy and social skills while giving caregiv
 ers a space to commiserate and celebrate developmental milestones. The pro
 gram will start with a storytime geared for babies 12 months and younger f
 ollowed by a time for caregivers to chat.</p>\n<p>The last Wednesday of th
 e month will feature a guest presenter (as available) who will cover a top
 ic relevant to the wellness of babies and their caregivers.</p>\n<p>For th
 is event only\, strollers may be parked in the Periodical Room.</p>\n<p>Pl
 ease note that this program will be held indoors. While children ages 0-5 
 are now eligible for vaccines\, the library is continuing to offer outdoor
  programming and is slowly phasing in indoor programming for all ages. Unt
 il it is determined to be safe for both staff and patrons\, we will not of
 fer maximum occupancy to indoor events. Indoor programming in meeting room
 s will be phased in starting with 30% of maximum room occupancy for progra
 ms for children. Please arrive early to indoor programs as space is limite
 d. Masks may be required at some indoor programs for all participants.</p>
