X-ALT-DESC;FMTTYPE=text/html:<p>Bexley area residents\, businesses\, and o
rganizations are encouraged to&nbsp\;join the City of Bexley\, Congregatio
 n Torat Emet\, and Bexley Public Library&nbsp\;on December 1st at 5:00 pm
for a &ldquo\;Main Street Outdoor Reading Room" Community Workshop. The wo
rkshop will take place in the Quiet Reading&nbsp\;Room of Bexley Public Li
brary and will focus on proposed plans to develop&nbsp\;an outdoor reading
space located in between the library and&nbsp\;Torat Emet Synagogue on Ea
st Main Street.</p>\n<p>Conceived more than ten years ago\, the original o
utdoor reading room&nbsp\;concept was intended to create an inviting open-
air space for library&nbsp\;patrons to quietly sit and read. With the rece
nt nationwide rise in popularity&nbsp\;of outdoor gathering spaces\, this
idea has renewed momentum and has&nbsp\;been enhanced to include a perform
ance area and to create a more public&nbsp\;park-like feel. The &ldquo\;Ma
in Street Outdoor Reading Room&rdquo\; will be a part of the&nbsp\;City of
Bexley&rsquo\;s 2023 Year of the Park.</p>\n<p>Details of the Reading Roo
m&rsquo\;s proposed design will&nbsp\;be shared during the workshop\, and
participants will be encouraged to ask&nbsp\;questions and provide input.
Questions and input also may be submitted in&nbsp\;advance at questions@be
xleylibrary.org or by calling Paige Bilotta at 614-545-6942.&nbsp\;</p>\n<
