 earning paper techniques to make our buildings stand tall. We provide the 
 papers\, markers\, glue\, scissors\, printouts and instructions. Participa
 nts do not need to stay the whole time.</p>\n<p>Caregivers are expected to
  stay with their young person if they are <span style="text-decoration: un
 derline\;">11 or younger</span> during their time in the program.</p>\n<p>
 <strong>Registration</strong>: Only enter your young artist(s)'s name(s) w
 hen registering. More than one registrant? Add as many guests as needed fo
 r only those participating.</p>\n<p>By attending library programs\, you ar
 e agreeing to potentially appear in photos/videos taken at our locations t
