"Young Historians" \;is cosponsor ed by the Alexandria Black History Museum and the Office of Historic Alexa ndria as part of their "Storytime for Young Historians" program that start ed in 2018 in the Watson Reading Room. Ages 5-8.

While children ages 0-5 are now eligibl e for vaccines\, the library is continuing to offer outdoor programming an d is slowly phasing in indoor programming for all ages. Until it is determ ined to be safe for both staff and patrons\, we will not offer maximum occ upancy to indoor events. Indoor programming in meeting rooms will be phase d in starting with 30% of maximum room occupancy for programs for children . Please arrive early to indoor programs as space is limited.
