 aise awareness about the dangers of driving while impaired. DUI Courts are
  the most successful strategy for holding repeat impaired drivers accounta
 ble while ensuring they receive life-saving treatment.</p>\n<p>With specia
 l guests from the Greater Spokane Substance Abuse Council&rsquo\;s (GSSAC)
  DUI Victims Panel. The primary purpose of GSSAC is to support a strong co
 llaborative coalition with broad and diverse community representation that
  promotes primary community-wide substance misuse/violence prevention and 
 reduction strategies.</p>\n<p>Light refreshments will be provided by GSSAC
 &rsquo\;s Greater Spokane Community Safety Initiative.</p>\n<p>Event will 
 take place on the first floor of Central Library in Events Rooms A &amp\; 
 B.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>By attending library programs\, you are agreeing to pote
