This worksh op will be held in the Archives at The Urbana Free Library\, the repositor y of the helpful information that you will use in your search.
\nBrian Adams is an archaeologist and historic preservation expert. He is a Senior Re search Archaeologist with the Illinois State Archaeological Survey at the University of Illinois. While living in Urbana\, he has renovated two hist oric homes which spurred his interest in local architectural history and h as published a book on the prominent local architect Joseph Royer. He has successfully nominated several buildings for Local Historic Landmark statu s in Urbana\, including three designed by Royer\, and three buildings to t he National Register of Historic Places.< /p>\n
