r the 2023 MoComCon Cosplay Contest! Dress as your favorite character from
any fandom\, book\, TV show\, movie\, or game\, or invent your own origin
al character! The contest is open to three age groups: Child\, Teen\, and
Adult. \;You may download and print your entry form to fill out in advance\, but completed forms will
only be accepted in-person at the Germantown Library on the day of MoComCo
n\, Saturday\, January 14\, 2023\, beginning at 1:00 pm\; no electronic su
bmissions. Space is limited to the first 20 entries in each age group. Cos
tumes must be suitable for a family environment. No explicit content\, ima
ges\, words\, or weapons\, including replica and costume pieces. Winners w
ill be selected during the live MoComCon event on January 14\, 2023\, and
must be present to participate and win. All judges&rsquo\; decisions are f
