Explorative Dance is a creative movement p ractice developed by Lela Besom based on Butoh\, contact improv and improv dance techniques. Dancers use their imagination and practice mindful body awareness to explore movement and their deep inner worlds. This is an inc lusive\, welcoming\, all-levels adult class. No experience necessary.

Lela Besom is a multidisciplinary artist. She has been practicing a mo vement act called Butoh for eight years. She was a member of DAIPANbutoh C ollective in Seattle\, WA where she performed and produced events. Additio nally she has worked with artists and performed in New York City\, Portlan d\, Mexico\, Indonesia\, the UK\, Belgium and Germany. She has been leadin g explorative dance workshops in Fayetteville since 2018. \;
