This is a first-class experience that exposes\, educ ates and trains participants on production and technical fundamentals\, an d offers the opportunity to work with companies that are in need of traine d talent.

Under the instruction of Fayetteville Public Library's s killed AV team\, participants will be trained by live performance technici ans on four key areas of the industry: safety\, audio\, lighting and best practices. After training\, participants may be eligible for upcoming jobs and potential careers as live performance technicians.

This workf orce development program gives you the hands-on experience you need while developing relationships with key people in the industry. Ultimately\, you 'll gain the ability to be hired for entry-level employment at an hourly r ate much higher than the current minimum wage.
