Tracing My Viennese Roots after the Holoca ust

Irv Adler will share an intriguing story about tracing his Vie nnese roots while searching for information about his grandmother and fami ly. The discovery of letters written by his grandmother from 1938 to 1941 identified unknown relatives resulting in a poignant reunion. Irv will chr onicle his family&rsquo\;s Holocaust story and the path followed to discov er\, meet\, and become acquainted with long lost family members.

I rv is a retired executive with 42 years of technical and business experien ce. Irv has a PhD and MS in physical chemistry from the University of Mich igan\, an MBA from Eastern Michigan University and a BA from New York Univ ersity. Irv has been living in Fort Wayne and has been a member of Congreg ation Achduth Vesholom for 33 years. Irv started doing research on his Vie nnese family and the Holocaust in Vienna in 2010. He is a founding member and current President of the Northeast Indiana Jewish Genealogy Society.\n
