 Office of Historic Alexandria. "Young Historians"&nbsp\;is cosponsored by 
 the Alexandria Black History Museum and the Office of Historic Alexandria 
 as part of their "Storytime for Young Historians" program that started in 
 2018 in the Watson Reading Room. Ages 5-8.</p>\n<p>Please note that this p
 rogram will be held indoors. While children ages 0-5 are now eligible for 
 vaccines\, the library is continuing to offer outdoor programming and is s
 lowly phasing in indoor programming for all ages. Until it is determined t
 o be safe for both staff and patrons\, we will not offer maximum occupancy
  to indoor events. Indoor programming in meeting rooms will be phased in s
 tarting with 30% of maximum room occupancy for programs for children. Plea
 se arrive early to indoor programs as space is limited.</p>\nhttps://alexa
