 ancing Justice - Atlanta legal representative for a naturalization applica
 tion review and legal assistance.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p><span style="color: #ff00

 g></em></p>\n<p><em>-Be at least 18 years old at the time of filing Form N
 -400\, Application for Naturalization.</em><br /><em>-Be a permanent resid
 ent (have a &ldquo\;Green Card&rdquo\;) for at least 5 years or 3 years if
  you adjusted through marriage.</em><br /><em>-Show that you have lived fo
 r at least 3 months in the state or USCIS district where you apply.</em><b
 r /><em>-Demonstrate continuous residence in the United States for at leas
 t 5 years.</em><br /><em>-Show that you have been physically present in th
 e United States for at least 30 months out of the last 5 years.</em><br />
