E ach session we will focus on a different illustrator by reading a book (or two) that they illustrated and then we'll dive into an art project in the ir style.
\nIn this session\, participants will learn about the brig ht and colorful work of author and illustrator Michael Hall. We will read his very first picture book and then use shapes of all kinds (especially h earts!) to create whimsical animal art.
\nFor ages 6-12. Reg istration is required. Please register each child separately that will be attending the program using the child's first and last name. Due to the Wi ndsor-Severance Library remodel\, note that we will be meeting at the Wind sor Fire Station in the Station 1 Training Room (parking located on the we st side of the building) from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
