 to have a positive impact on the environment\, it can be hard to know wher
 e to start. Approaching this problem as a systems physicist\, Dr. Pru Fost
 er will outline the status of nature&rsquo\;s life support systems and wha
 t the greatest threats are to the various systems that support our lives.&
 nbsp\;The conclusions of this analysis are inescapable&mdash\;it is our li
 festyle choices that are driving the destruction of the natural world.&nbs
 p\;In this talk\, Pru will outline the key steps we can each take to impro
 ve our impact on the world.</p>\n<p>Pru has a PhD in astrophysics and most
  of her career has been spent researching climate change and biodiversity 
 at the Universities of Tokyo and Bristol. Pru is author of the book&nbsp\;
 A Drop of Grace: Finding and Protecting Our Common Ground&nbsp\;and writes
  a sustainability and gardening newsletter called&nbsp\;The Prudent Lifest
 yle.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>This program is free and open to all and is presented 
 by Little Falls Village in partnership with the Little Falls Library of Mo
 ntgomery County Public Libraries.</p>\n<p>Registration is required at leas
