\nGood Grief is grief expressed. Explore the difference between pr imary and secondary grief\, the biological and spiritual impulse that info rms our grief\, and bear witness to each other&rsquo\;s grief. What are yo u grieving? And how can community help you carry that grief?

\nGwir is a p oet\, meditation teacher and recording artist (see Sat Purkh). She has wor ked in circles for 20 years as a yoga teacher and trainer. She began study ing peacemaking circles with Kay Pranis and the Circle Center in 2021\, an d completed her apprenticeship in Nine Keys Death Midwifery in 2022. \ ;
\nAs a member of the Threshold Care collective in Southern New Ham pshire\, she serves the sacred work of dying and the inevitable grief that accompanies life and loss.
