 and The Coeur d'Alene Tribe of Indians will explain the historical relatio
 nship between salmon and the local tribes\, how salmon were wiped out from
  the local waters\, and how they are using modern scientific techniques to
  reintroduce salmon and restore the important relationship between salmon
