  protect your heirs\, assets\, and succession in your personal and busines

 EED Clinic Students</em> &mdash\; Learn the differences between each busin
 ess entity and discover which one is best for your business.</li>\n<li>7-8
  pm &mdash\; <em>Contract Law for Business 101 with SEED Clinic Students</
 em> &mdash\; Learn the basics of contract law and which contracts are best
  for your business.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>One-on-one thirty-minute sessions\, av
