 TO BRING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT</strong></p>\n<p><strong>General</strong><br 
 />â— Federal and State return(s) for 2020 and 2021. Tax-Aide can prep
 are and amend returns for 2022\, 2021 &amp\; 2019<br />â— Social Secu
 rity cards for yourself and every individual on your return<br />â— P
 hoto I.D. required for all taxpayers.<br />â— Void check or documenta
 tion of bank routing number and account number if you want to direct depos
 it any refund(s)into your bank account.<br />â— All letters or other 
 documentation received from IRS concerning your 2020 tax return\, issuance
  of an IRS Identity Protection PIN\, or any other correspondence.</p>\n<p>
 <strong>Income</strong><br />â— W-2 from each employer<br />â— U
 nemployment compensation statements<br />â— SSA-1099 Form showing the
  total Social Security benefits paid to you for the year\, or Form RRB-109
 9\, Tier 1Railroad Retirement benefits<br />â— 1099 Forms reporting i
 nterest (1099-INT)\, dividends (1099-DIV)\, proceeds from sales (1099-B)\,
  as well as documentation showing the original purchase price of your sold

 ost taxpayers have a choice of taking either a standard deduction or itemi
 zing their deductions. If you have a substantial amount of deductions\, yo
 u may want to itemize. You will need to bring the following information:<b
 r />â— 1098 Form showing any home mortgage interest<br />â— A li
 st of medical/dental expenses (including doctor and hospital bills and med
 ical insurance premiums)\, a list of prescription medicines\, costs of ass
 isted living services\, and bills for home improvements such as ramps and 
 railings for people with disabilities<br />â— Summary of contribution
 s to charity<br />â— Receipts or canceled checks for all quarterly or
  other paid tax<br />â— Property Tax bills and proof of payment<br />
 â— Please note: If you itemized last year\, bring all the information
  on the deductions listed above this year. Although the standard deduction
  has increased under the new tax law\, it may be advantageous to itemize t
 o minimize both federal<br />and Maryland taxes.</p>\n<p><strong>Health In
 surance</strong><br />â— 1095A Forms if you purchased insurance throu
 gh the Marketplace (Exchange) Credits<br />â— Dependent care provider
  information (name\, employer ID\, or Social Security number)<br />â—
  1098-T and 1098-E Forms (Tuition and Student Loan Interest)<br />â—
