 es to develop early literacy and social skills while giving caregivers a s
 pace to commiserate and celebrate developmental milestones. The program wi
 ll start with a storytime geared for babies 12 months and younger followed
  by a time for caregivers to chat.</p>\n<p>Please note that this program w
 ill be held indoors. While children ages 0-5 are now eligible for vaccines
 \, the library is continuing to offer outdoor programming and is slowly ph
 asing in indoor programming for all ages. Until it is determined to be saf
 e for both staff and patrons\, we will not offer maximum occupancy to indo
 or events. Indoor programming in meeting rooms will be phased in starting 
 with 30% of maximum room occupancy for programs for children. Please arriv
 e early to indoor programs as space is limited. Masks may be required at s
