  your return<br />â— Photo I.D. required for all taxpayers.<br />â
 — Void check or documentation of bank routing number and account numbe
 r if you want to direct deposit any refund(s)into your bank account.<br />

 ur 2020 tax return\, issuance of an IRS Identity Protection PIN\, or any o
 ther correspondence.<br />Income<br />â— W-2 from each employer<br />
 â— Unemployment compensation statements<br />â— SSA-1099 Form sh
 owing the total Social Security benefits paid to you for the year\, or For
